Which type of vga cooler for my case?

Theres the cooler that exhausts all heat out of the case with an all covered shroud design(EVGA) but again there is a cooler design that exhausts all heat inside the case but cools better(msi). So which one is better? My case has only 2 120mm fans but the psu has a huge 140mm which sits directly on top of where i will be placing my gpu and could double as an exhaust fan.

Open design cooler like the twin frozers from msi?
In which case will i get lower temps?
P.S = For a gtx 660ti.
