I've made a film from xbox games
- Jul 31, 2012 12:29 am GMT
I have made, what I think, is the world's first feature film, made by carefully crafting together xbox games.
Look for TIGERS OF WAR on youtube by myself.
I think I have broken new ground here for gamers like myself. Perhaps you guys can do the same.
I know the moderators here at Gamespot are not like the hawkish crows on Eurogamer and leap on and ban anything that remotely breaks their rules, and not ban an obvious attempt by me to self-promote the hard workI've put in, and to encourage other gamers to see what other possibilities can be achieved from all their old games at home.
Thank you, you modern, forward-looking Gamespot Moderators

ok what you have here is called a Machinima , i'm pretty sure you have heard of it.
Also i know you think that putting a full movie length machinima is going to inspire people and make a new thing, but a lot of people aren't goint to watch an hour and a half machinima , not unless its apart of a series and its like a movie or something. A machinima only last under 10 mins long like any other video unless ifs an episode of a series.
you did do good, but people aren't going to watch and hour and a half long machinima.
also google Dazzle capture card. This would be a great device to start machinima making

Sorry bro. I knew nothing about this machinima stuff. I had a look at some of this stuff and generally it's all comical graphics and goofy acting stuck on to computer games. My is not. It is a properly scripted story. It is much more like a visual screenplay. But thanks for your input anyway, I hoped you enjoyed it.

Dude first of all dont post 2 threads about the same thing in an attempt to advertise your own stuff, you need only do one and I think that much might be against the forum rules (I havent frequented the forums much recently but I'm pretty sure). And if you really must post 2 please put a link in at least one of them! It might be good but people arent going to go to the effort of searching it out.
As for your mini statement about the mods ... I think you'll find they will block the thread. I'll be suprised if they dont.
