Depends on what you're looking for. If you like mostly pve with a bit of pvp and a good story and game world, yeah, its a fun game and rather polished at this point.

I played sicne beta, and two months after release I stopped because bioware didnt fix any glaring issues. I have some free game time right now and I'm just starting back into it to see what teh new content is like and I really enjoy it now. Still has some flaws and some lack of social community options, but it's a solid game. Graphics are a lot more polished and stable than they used to be and the class balance and server transfers really helped my experience since I last played.

Me and a friend were super hyped, purchased collectors editions etc. signed up for half a year, played beta. but to tell you the truth it was a big waste of money and time for us. It got so boring that we didn't even want to log in. I feel it will be F2P soon.

Hm I tried to do character transfer with the free time they gave. I can only pick one server like wtf? Do you know how to allow me to pick any server? I want to transfer them to my server with the level 50 but just selects one for me and I can't choose

SWTOR wouldn't even be worth it if it was Free to Play. If you're a fan of Star Wars, you'll hate this game.

I usually don't agree with most of your comments, but this one I do agree with you. SWTOR isn't the worst when compared to other P2P and F2P MMO's, but it isn't worth the time. I don't know how anyone can say, if you're a Star Wars fan, you'll like this game. It's quite the opposite.

    What are you guys saying?

It might not be the best MMO out there, but If you like Star Wars, you'll like playing SWTOR.

I did say, it isn't the worst nor the best. It's better than some. And I like Star Wars a lot but I do not like SWTOR as a Star Wars game. It's pretty bad if you judge it on that context. I like Star Wars, I did not enjoy playing SWTOR.

you cant pick your transfer server. They did it that way to condense the community. Previously they had nearly 50 servers and they were all ghost towns, now they want to tighten it up around a select few

Really? f2p with a campaign, doesnt sound bad. They said that they consider going f2p.

EA: "Digital distrubution is too expensive"

They make their very own origin, dont have to pay valve anything to host their games, dont have to pay for shipping or make boxed copies. They pull all games off seam and put them on origin for 60 bucks. Also no"Steam deals" because it "cheapens the price of intelectual property"

They call call of duty annual release "tiring" they are the ones who came up with releasing one medal of honor game every year but stopped becaue they couldnt deliver quality products.

They dont make dungeon keeper, system shock and syndicate games because they cant sell them to console gamers but they take horror outt of dead space 3 because it has to sell 5 million to survive.

Boycott ea and their corporate lies.

My main problem with SWOTR is its art style which is basically the cheapened, inferior version of WoW's art.

WoW has some of the best art out there, even if the engine is outdated.

Dont get me wrong ive enjoyed kingdoms of amalur but it put curt schilling out of business and broke..Sad that the ip wasnt a hit its a great game..How ever this is about star wars...

Enjoyed the game even through patch 1.2 with the new raid zone..Had a blast playing..It just got old to me..Had the best gear rakata..My healer was tweaked out..It just gets old..What kept me going for a few months was helping my guildies get gear and, teaching them the raids..After awhile i just couldnt keep myself playing any more..Mayne after year 2 with the expansion ill go back..How ever bye than ill be playing other games..There even considering going f2p..My take is this i think the mmorpg error is starting to die a quick death..Shame all these companies are trying to get into it at the end of its rain..Like elder scrolls online..Ill play guild wars 2 only because its free after you pay for it..Im not doing any thing else atm so ill give it a go..

I completely disagree. I don't see the appeal of KoA. The graphics look dated. The art style looks like its been done.

eh? yeah its colorfull with bloom kinda like fable. But i killed some kinda weird creature (all of them are damn weird and magical, and thats better than the usual goblins so +1 for that) and his hammer was partially drawn like shellshaded, there is more to it's art style that what you see.

It does, though.

WoW has some of the best art out there, even if the engine is outdated.
Kingdoms of amalaur and darksides do it better.
I completely disagree. I don't see the appeal of KoA. The graphics look dated. The art style looks like its been done.
