    http://www.amazon.ca/Cooler-Master-RR-B10-212P-G1-Universal-Heat-Pipe/dp/B002G1YPH0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1336520428&sr=8-2

This one? I'm new to fan, it doesn't tell i5 / 1155 compatible should i consider this? (I believe not but just want to ask to make sure..)

Any safe settings to OC / Temp safe to run?

How do you fix it? just like any Intel's one? 4 clips?

Yes that's the one and yes it will work. It says 1156 compatible, which uses the same mounting holes as 1155 (the socket your CPU uses).

    Intel 3570K 4.4GHz | ASUS DCU II GTX 670 1150MHz | G.Skill 16GB RipjawsX 1600MHz | ASRock Z77 Fatal1ty Pro

Might sound like a silly question, but do I need to buy more grey stuff ( cooling/isolation stuff.. don't know the name..) or do I only need to install the fan and it's ready to go?

Edit: I don't get the fan. Fans are on the sides? explain this to me please, my current fan it right above the cpu. Just trying to figure this out

You need to get Thermal Compound.
Arctic Silver 5 is the way to go

You will need thermal paste. If you case doesn't have a cut out behind the motherboard, you will need to remove the motherboard to fit it like i did.

Here's a pic of mine for reference.

My load temps dropped from 60 to 40 and the noise halved.
