haha same. I ran everything I could on high at a little under 30 fps. No DX11 features obviously.

I did, couldn't find a reasonably priced one. I wanted to spend less than 100 dollars, and the 5850 was the best I could do.

I probably would have sold mine for like $110 had I not handed it down to my bro

Depends, there are multiple benchmarks people use. I don't use them as they're basically only useful as bragging rights. Games are the real benchmarks you should use. Play games and have fun.

Just got a Nikon D5100 and thought I'd post some pictures of my desk. I'm getting a new desk soon so ignore the not so spacious mouse area(not a problem for me to be honest) and quality/condition of the desk .

    Parts pictured above are:

    • Mouse - Roccat Kova+
    • Speakers - M-Audio AV30 MKII
    • Keyboard - Saitek Eclipse II
    • Monitor - Samsung T23B550

The case is Coolermaster 355 nothing fancy(don't see the point) and has the following in it:

    • i5 2500K at 4.4GHz
    • BeQuiet Shadow Rock Pro
    • Gigabyte Z77 UDS3H
    • Corsair Vengence Blue 2x 4GB DDR3
    • OCZ ZS 750W
    • EVGA GTX 680 2GB

    ...

So I just figured out that the USB 3.0 slots (the blue ones) on the motherboard (gigabyte 990FXA-UD3) don't work. The reason I haven't found out until now is because I don't own anything USB 3.0 compatible and I just ran out of USB 2.0 slots (the orange ones). I'm not sure what I should do. I'd rather not RMA the board. Maybe I just need a software update?

Not getting better results, but I guess it's supposed to be more demanding now?

Did you install the drivers for it? When I installed my motherboard, there was an optional 3.0 USB driver (I didn't choose install all, ofc). Go to GA website and it will be under the download section for your motherboard.

Thanks a lot for that! Wow I feel really dumb now. It's kinda stupid that it isn't supported right out of the box...

Don't worry, we're not all like JigglyWiggly. As a matter of fact, I've never seen anyone else on this board criticize someone's mouse area size besides Jiggly.
