I dunno, but I prefer playing games on a smaller screen so my pc monitor is the only one I have.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.
- Feb 17, 2012 8:54 am GMTi bought a card for my pc for like $75 that allows you to hook things up like my Wii. I worked really well except with vc games, it seemed like there was a framerate issue.

- You have a few options: -Get a component-to-VGA converter. Fortunately, the Wii supports 480p in almost all games as a rule, so 480i incompatibilities are practically a non-issue. -Get a capture card that accepts component video. They'll probably cost around $70 or so, but quality doesn't come cheap. This does mean that you'll need to connect the Wii to a PC and keep that PC running, but as a bonus, you can record video footage of your gameplay. Sure, you could stick with composite video, but why would you want to do that when component looks that much better (and supports 480p)?
