    No Josh Smith?

Edited on Feb 9, 2012 4:44 pm GMT Edited 2 total times.

And on the seventh day, God rested. Having created the heavens and the Earth, the seas and all they contain, He ceased all labors. But the seventh day being a Sunday, and with all of His fantasy teams playing, He needed a shortstop. So God created Derek Jeter, and blessed him, and said unto him, be fruitful. And Jeter was good. Jeter held dominion over opposing pitchers (.343 AVG in 2006), was plentiful in power (14 HR and 97 RBIs), and moved over the earth (34 steals) and across home plate (118 runs). And God blessed Jeter, and sanctified him, and said to Roto owners everywhere, make Jeter your No. 1 middle infielder.

    No Josh Smith?

Hummm, didn't know they were going to announce the All-Star reserves tonight.

SHould change title to a All Star discussion.

Lots of new faces. good for Iguadala and Aldridge for making the teams. Lowry should have been in for Nash, though

Lots of arguments over players with stats or players that arewinning.

I said this in the other thread, I'll say it again. I can't believe Josh Smith isn't an All-Star.

Josh Smith and Kyle Lowry are big snubs. Dirk shouldn't be an all star this year.

I'm just glad Lamarcus from the Blazers finally got some recognition. He has been doing great and is the future of the Blazers. How about Jeremy Lin of the Knicks? Oh, just kidding.......for now!!!!!!!

Nice to see Aldridge in there. Surprised Parker got in, hes been beast this year but yeah figured they would find a way to leave him out.

I agree Dirk shouldn't be there, especially when he himself says he shouldn't be there. Paul Millsap was better in rebounding, assits, and blocks and barely had a lower PPG AVG. I think he got snubbed for sure.

I guess this questions depends on what you think the All-Star game is.
Is it an award for play?
    or
    Is it a fan event?

Let the butthurt flow through you

I think fans only vote for the starters.

They do (only vote starters). But it is more of a philosophical question about the nature of all-star teams.
Should it be the best 12 players in the West (or East) OR the top 12 players fans want to see
