it says nintendo helped guide rare with their games...microsoft were clueless about making games and made them incompetent.

Not really, the Stamper brothers sold their majority share of Rare Ltd to Microsoft. The idea that Microsoft somehow forcefully took them over is false... They did that of their own accord. 1. Wrong forum
