Objective:
Blog about your top 10 Spookiest game Villains of all time, What are some things to consider?
- What made them evil?
- Appearance
- Evil Acts
- Gadgets, gear and weapons
- Their evil laugh (a lot of villains ignore the laugh, and that's about standards...)

I posted mine as well. Got kinda bored doing it so it gets kinda lame. 10 is really a big list. I'd have preferred five.
