A few friends came over and one of them brought over his copy of Alice: Madness Returns for the PS3 and I played through the very large first chapter and a little bit of the second. It's an action/puzzle platform game with a lot of character and while the puzzle platforming part isn't particularly challenging, the combat can definite get pretty hectic as you quickly get forced into having to manage all of your defenses and attacks pretty quickly. I still got to finish up inFamous 2 on hard, but I generally only seem him once a week so I have plenty of time to finish it off before I pick up where I left off in Alice.

I want to get that some day, because the first game is included.

I have been playing a lot of Bayonetta on my PS3 lately. I have heard the 360 version is superior with shorter load times and lack of frame rate issues, but when a game is this fun, who cares? Definitly my favorite action beat em up till this date

Nice. I doubt I'll ever get it though. I think DLC characters are a joke.

I have that for the 360. I thought it was a phenomenal game, and since it was the 360 version, it was silky smooth.

I fully platinumed it on the PS3 and then got all the achievements for it on the 360 and honestly I didn't notice much of any difference between the two other than the 360 looking a little brighter overall and one of the kick movements looking faster. Of course I have a slimline so I suppose there's the chance that the older units might have some hiccups, but my friend has it on both systems as well and he didn't have any complaints. I think it's just one of those PS3/360 phantom issues.

As for me I finally finished up inFamous 2 and got it all fully platinumed up with just a little tedium involving having to wade through some bad and/or broken user generated missions here and there. Like the first one it was fun but still has a lot of Sucker Punch issues and it's especially irritating that they didn't fix some of the obvious problems that would've been easy fixes. Ah well...still kinda fun jumping around blasting folks to bajezzus n' back.

ah, I see. The few issues I had with the game were minimum anyways.

I beat bayonetta 2 days ago and wanted to finish Tales of Symphonia before playing any other of my PS3 games, but I got stuck yet again in the game and decided to leave that for later and start playing Metal Gear Solid 4.

Yeah, I'll probably wait to see it before I play the full game myself.

I just saw the movie yesterday, and now i`m back to the game!

I`m also playing Alice: Madness Returns, which is amazing! The art direction and graphics are really beautiful. And they`re doing some neat stuff with Nvidia PhysX.

I play alot of Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition these days. As if my theme wasn't obviously indicating enough... I was also playing through the first Infamous up until a few days ago when my PS3's hdd decided to fail and prompt me with a corruption error message. I was able to fix the problem and reformat the drive, but in the process I lost all of my saved data.

I just downloaded the SNES version of Final Fantasy III for the Virtual Console on the Wii. (Yes, I know it's actually FF VI. )Without a doubt, my all-time favorite of the series.

I had that happen to me on a friend's PS3. Thankfully he had all his saved data on a USB while mine are all gone, but mine were gone. Didn't matter though because I wasn't that far in anything.

I started playing 'Splosion Man again. Fun game, but it's started to get a bit on the frustrating side since the difficulty has gone up a few notches.

I think I might get RDR sometime this year. Just been waiting on a great price. Infamous was a real fun game. But, I'll be waiting for a good price on the sequel as well.

Tales of Symphonia: I started the second disc of the game and got the zircon to create the cute to Colette illness.

Metal Gear Solid 4: passed that part were you team up with Meryls squad on the building against Ocelot units. I wonder why were all his soldiers girls though

Pacman Championship Edition DX: beat all the modes in championship 2, I think

Right now, I don't factor in worth into my budget. If I can afford a game or not for the month is pretty much how I do it.
