3DS Owners -- Show Off Your Stuff Thread

I figure since the other thread is probably outdated by now, why not make one for the 3DS?

I got an Aqua Blue 3DS w/ Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition and I got Pilotwings Resort yesterday. I didn't get a case, since I'm just using the pouch from Club Nintendo -- and I didn't get screen protectors yet. Still pondering the idea. Also, that Club Nintendo hand towel is finally being put to good use :P.

What did everyone else end up getting?

All I have is a black 3DS and SSFIV3D, not much to show off. I still need to buy screen protectors and a case. Or Club Nintendo NA needs to give us 3DS related stuff...and the pouch is out of stock atm. My 900 points are just sitting there. Dx

I never did Club Nintendo until recently. I have a lot of Wii and DS games, but only the booklets. Can I still redeem them for coins with info that is on the box?

You need a code from a slip of paper that comes in the game box behind the manual.

Yeah, thats what I thought. That sucks. I wish I would have saved all that stuff now. I read that you can get coins for colsoles off the number on the back. Does this expire? I have a Wii from launch, would I still get coins?

I'm generally not very good with apply screen protectors. I tried on my phone and it went terribly wrong. lol.

I wasn't too into fighters until SFIV on the 360, so I had to get SSFIV 3D for the 3DS. If you want, we should play sometime? :P. I love Pilotwings Resort too. I'm really liking it a lot so far. Was never a racing fan, but Ridge Racer 3D looks cool.

The case is great. I payed about £8 for it so it's good value for money. The part where the system slides in is a soft material, there is also room for 2 game cartridges and an extra stylus. It shuts via Velcro.

You probably should. There's been some reports of the lower screen scratching the upper one. A screen-protector fixes that issue. Few systems are effected but if you see small scratches on the upper screen you might want to consider it.

Oh, and I will post a picture of my 3DS later this month. 2-3 weeks shipping.

I chose that case also. It looks fantastic right off the bat. The inside is made a a soft material, so you wont have to worry about scratches. You can see the wireless indicator so it is easy to make sure your streetpass is enabled. You can hold two extra games and one extra stylus. The only downside is if you're wanting to carry more games or accessories, you're out of luck.

Though, I notice sometimes the circlepad is outlined on the top screen, but I wipe it off.
