PS3 Password to access Internet Browser

So.. when I try to go into the "Internet Browser" on my PS3, it asks me for a 4 digit password, which I have most definitely not set on it! I looked up about it and people have said 0000, but that doesn't work either.. Anyone know the problem? :oops:

Sounds like a parental control feature. Someone must of set it. I'm not sure but reseting the console back to factory default settings might fix it.
