Is Windows Media Center affected when a 360 is banned?
- Nov 15, 2009 9:50 am GMT

I was offered a banned 360 and was thinking it might be a good deal since it's dirt cheap to get for my parents to use as a DVD player and Media Center Extender. Is Live the only thing that gets crippled? Does this mean it wont go online to get cover art for ablums in MCE? Anything I should know?
thanks in advance

From the extensive whining of banned console owners I've read on this forum in the last week I can tell you that the media centre will not work. And I dont think installs and such work either. It'll play games offline but thats it
