yes that can slowly makr you drip some sweat, i could only get to 28 with a silver medalI only really got a workout from Wii sports while playing the boxing training games, especially working the punching bag.
I think those three mentioned are probably the best; I don't know of any others that would give you a workout.

Maybe he already works out, but wants to work out while he's playing games, too. That way, he won't feel like he's rotting in a chair. Sometimes, if I haven't gotten much exercise for the day, sitting and playing games makes me feel like I should be doing something. That's why I'll still pop in Wii Sports every now and then.

i run 6 miles a day but sometimes i feel like i need to be doing a little more than sitting. he knows what im talkn abouti have heard some great things about ea sports active for people looking to get in shape who have not exercised on a consistent basis. i do not use it though because my level of fitness is beyond that. for people looking for a good starting point it's probably great.
