Gigabyte EP43-UD3L, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, MSI GeForce GTX 260 OC'd @620/1296/2160MHz (core/shader/memory), 4GB Mushkin DDR2 800 5-4-4-12, Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro, PC Power and Cooling 610W +12V@49A, Raidmax Smilodon Mid TowerThe 7800 is considerably better. The 8400 is just a budget card of the 8 series. This belongs on the PC hardware forum, by the way. Be sure to take these topics there in the future.- Please wait. No, you've got it wrong. That only applies provided the first digit is the same between the two cards compared. That digit signifies what series they're a part of, while the three numbers and the letters afterward dictate how powerful each of them are within that series. Each series has different high-end, mid-range, and budget cards. Budget cards never outperform the high-end cards of the previous series.
Oh, and .
