    i am interested in buying a xbox 360 controller for my pc (i have vista) and all have used drivers it on xp, do i need to install the drivers on vista or is it plug and play? also for vista do i need to set controller controls for pc game?

    The drivers are already in Vista and Automatic Updates will detect the controller and show you updates if you check for updates. You can goto http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/gaming/download.mspx to manually download the drivers. I'm not sure but I believe you need these drivers to add the guide button functionality in Live!-enabled games.

    I have even found drivers for my mac before for these controllers = P Have fun
