I just checked with a tracking number I have and it is working fine for me. Not sure what the issue is - I would call UPS customer support, they may have tried to deliver and not been able to for some reason.
ok thnx its working now! grrr its says it has been "Delivered" since the 6th of July and i still haven't got it back!! does anyone know what the status says when its back on its way to you?

Look, I am from UK too. I wouldn't worry too much about anything really, but what you should find is that the initial UPS tracking number renders useless after the 360 is "delivered" to microsoft. After that, the initial tracking number cannot be used to track your 360 because the 360 has been delivered to microsoft. For me, i received an email saying that microsoft had received my console and in that email was a MICROSOFT TRACKING NUMBER which can be used on the phone to microsoft but not UPS so ring microsoft and TALK to them is your best option seeming how they are very helpful.
