XBOX 360 games have no replay value?

XBOX 360 games have no replay value? I have nothing to say on this topic, it's just something I've read on many forums, just want to know people's opinion. (it wasn't on PS3 forums, it was on XBOX 360 forums).

I play all my games alot on x360, dead rising i've spent over 80hours on alone not to mention oblivion, crackdown, PZ0, etc, etc.

With achievements and strong multiplayer, most games do have replay value.
