- Feb 10, 2007 7:02 pm GMTIt most likely means, which my processor does as well as my old pentium 4 3.6 ghz ht, They download themselves tempraily, while not doing anything heavy. I enjoy this feature, so It runs cooler while it doesnt do anything, while I am tpying this im at 1.8 ghz, qx6700 (normal 3.1 ghz), Put some load on that core, and with pc wizard should change the frequencies if not which would be highly odd, go into your bios and make sure your multiplier is correct.
