Likely default with EXP and/or Magic affinities.
~His special ability could have been a game breaking thing to suit how wildly retarded he is (not as bad as Cod of War though)..like reducing the "Pressure" to "1/2 Normal". *they wouldn't know what to make of that costume* Basically getting stared at rather then attacked
Perhaps altering the look of the state seen during Amulet usage (turing into a disco look..perhaps with disco crap playing in the background)
That's how they all would look upon seeing Kratos like that.
~How could they take him seriously until they've already been killed?
I'd prefer to have more normal/bad ass costumes, rather than these comedic ones the dev's seem to have an affinity for.
More armour would be nice, Cool Armour Kratos (is that his 'official' name now?) is a must. God armour is also cool, I'd like more costumes like that.
Speaking of which, am I the only one who doesn't really like Hades' character design? I like the helmet and the hooks, but seriously...the rest? They could have at least given him a cloak or some armour, seeing as he is the coolest God IMO.
A lot of us would prefer that.
That's the closest thing to an official name really. Though that is basically Kratos as a Spartan Captain.
Your feelings about Hades are common. All I have against the old one is that he looked too demonic, but it sort of fits the pop culture idea of what Hades was all about. (rather then what the true Hades was like)
I'm glad it didn't....that's not Kratos. Snake4eva_92
Oh, come on, he'd make a perfect pimp ;)
The moustache throws it off completely. If it did make it to GoWII, I wonder what kind of stats it would have.Snake4eva_92

IMO he should at least be taller. He's like 130 cm in GoW II.
Elvis danced?

I don't mind the demonic thing, although he is technically a God, he seems to fit the demonic persona more due to him being the ruler of Hades/the Underworld. Even a toga (such as the one Hades wore in the Hercules animated series) would be better than what he actually wears.
It would be awesome if we could get a skin of him in GoWIII, it seems as if they're planning on it, what with the hooks similar to that of the BoA.

Agreed, sort of. He didn't seem 130cm tall when fighting the Titans. But I agree he should be taller, and more toned.

I actually liked the way Hades looked, although I agree he should have been a little taller. What I had a small problem with, is that Poseidon looked the same in the past as he did in the present, while Zeus has turned old with the huge beard. I realise they're immortal, but they still age to an extent, Zeus is proof of that, so why does Poseidon still look so young? Also, the one with the firey hair and boots, that was Hermes right? I think that should have been Apollo, it would fit him more. And why were there only four Gods on Olympus with Zeus? Where the hell were the rest of them? Hades and Poseidon don't live on Olympus, so Zeus must have called the gods to meet on Olympus.

I also liked the design of Hades. Especially the weapons, those BoC/BoA equivalents, "soul hooks" as I termed them were quite cool. The gold chains weren't to my liking but overall the theme was O.K. The spikes, I took to be multiple body piercings, did anyone else see them differently? addaminsain
Multiple body piercings? Hehheh, no wonder Persephone was so pissed off at the entire world :D
That would make sense, wouldn't it?
Puts me in mind of the old joke,
Q:How do Hedghogs/Porcupines make love?
A: Very carefully.
Hey, I said it was old, not funny.
Alucard: Each god/goddess has its own final age for appearance. After that, they stop aging in appearance. They used this for GoW to have Poseidon look a bit younger (oddly) and Zeus older. Hades' age cannot be noted really. Having him short is a little odd, but works for me. I liked his weapons if only because they are like the original inspiration for the Blades of Chaos. (with an interesting ability) I originally thought their art for Hermes was going to be Apollo too. Oddly Apollo is basically ignored...perhaps even replaced with Helios (of all gods) >_>
I like GoWII's Hades personally as Christian/Satanic Hades (though cool) didn't entirely work for me though I can see how he'd fit in GoW's version of Greek/Roman mythology. The Underworld isn't like Hell. The latter having a few different tales about what it would be like. Tartarus is quite different.
Could you just have Wiki'd it? >_>
The 'basic' idea is that it is a dark prison well beneath Hades (It being as far below earth as Olympus is above it if I recall right). It's a place of punishment for especially bad/screwed souls and various enemies of the Olympians. (though they have allies down there to watch over their prisoner's of course *Ex: Hecatonchires*)
Their heaven is Elysium. Their purgatory (without chance of going to heaven) is Asphodel. Tartarus is sort of like Hell. They aren't direct translations of course. Asphodel is pretty ****ed up. You really should just look into the Underworld for yourself.
~You won't regret it if you like this sort of thing
Could you just have Wiki'd it? >_>
fightmastermax
I could have, but I was only looking for a quick summary.
That being said, it does sound quite interesting, I might look into it myself.
I just don't feel up to putting out such effort for (helpful) posts these days. Often using copypasta where I can when convenient.
~You should, it's not a bad read
It's to go with the rest of my profile, it started out with the blog header, which I loved the style of, and so edited my banner to fit the colour scheme, next was the avatar.
A Triton is more plausible than a human, what with Vergil's hate for all human kind, which is why I see it to be near impossible that Nero is Vergil's son/reincarnation, it just seems stupid as a theory, then when you add in the way Nero acts compared to Vergil it just gets stupid...
Surely you have seen my blog header optiow?
I am not one to flaunt the rules.
*ahem* *sngh* *snortle*
As you were.
Snake: >never liked
I don't even know who made it. Perhaps curlfro.
Deeb: >put as a sign
It can be added to the list, but it looks more like the dimensions of a tag than a sign (banners are pretty big).
You're right, I meant it as a tag.
The one who made the banner was the same guy who made the speciality run thread V1, he's name is eternal something.
