And LSU get it. UGA was 2 and got 3 first place votes. What sickens me was that Kansas got a first place vote. Also note that Appalachain St. got 5 votes.
Kansas getting a vote is a bit surprising. But, I really had the feeling last night that the AP was gonna go with USC for the split again. With people like Mark May and Lee Corso all over Pete Caroll's...."fun parts", how could you not think it might happen? Again.

I'm happy that we actually finished ranked. The fact that we finished behind a fewteams with the same (or similar) records, and that we won head-to-head is a bit of an after thought. Yeah, I'm upset by this fact, but, it's kinda outweighed by the fact that we are ranked. I wasn't sure if we would be.

florida didnt lose to app state, and we also didnt play a big ten schedule...
