So I was grocery shopping the other day and found an item on the shelf and sadly I don't have a picture to post because I thought the Campbell's site would have one.

http://www.campbellsoup.com/Products/Condensed/Healthy-Kids

But I have in my possession a can of Campbell's Super Mario Bros. soup. It's basically just chicken noodle with the noodles shaped like Mario, goomba's turtle shell's etc and the can has Mario, Bowser, Yoshi and Luigi on it.

So I felt like a kid again and if you find a can, it's not expensive and Mario joins the rank of cartoon stars such as Disney Princesses, Cars, Fineas and Ferb and Scooby Doo.

Reminds me back in the day when there was Mario Mac N' Cheese from Kraft.

Sadly you can't get that anymore.

I also see the Mario fruit snacks everywhere but those get caught in my teeth.

I remember the Mario Kraft Mac N Cheese, the Hi-Cs, I even think there were spaghetti-Os or something back in the day if I remember right. Glad to see Mario is back on snacks.

Oh man, I remember that Mario Kraft Macaroni. I would always want my family to get that when it came to mac and cheese. :P

That's pretty cool. There are so many great Mario snacks and drinks, like the Mario 1-Up energy drink.

Mario Snacks I recall.

Anyone who's been to a Spencer's, Hot Topic or FYE have seen the Mario "Power Up" Energy drink alongside DK's Jungle Juice though many video game characters have some as well. I've seen it for Pac-Man, Gears of War, and Sonic.

When I was young, at a discount store they had Mario cookies. They were little chocolate chip ones shaped like various items from SMB2 though a search for "Mario cookies" will bring up amazing ones people have made.

While the Mario fruit snacks made a return in recent years there were Mario and Zelda ones back in the day as well. Early NES stuff often paired Mario and Link together whether it was cartoons or breakfast cereal.

Speaking of that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UahJnIvKwTQ

I can tell you, I've had that cereal and you are not missing anything. It tasted like crap. Even worse than the C3PO cereal.

And of course McDonalds had the SMB3 Happy Meals. I still have all four toys stored away somewhere.

Wait they did a second set!? How the hell did I miss those? Then again I don't eat a lot of fast food. Bad enough I missed the Wendy's Ones.

I remember Taco Bell had some Nintendo toys back in the late nineties, and then Wendy's had Kirby toys around 2004 I think, and then I think it was also Wendy's who had the Wii themed toys (including some Galaxy stuff!).

I do remember seeing those various snacks in stores in the past, except for the energy drinks, since I never frequent places like Spencer's.

That's pretty cool. I would have loved to collect them if I had the chance.

Right. Burger King recently had Wii U themed toys, which I was able to get a few of them.

Right, I remember that! But whenever I went, they never had them. Ebay, here I come!

I'm thinking about getting some of those toys for a young kid I know. He likes Mario a lot, so he'd love to have toys like that.

I know the feeling, I have a nephew who already loves Mario and for the last couple Christmases and Birthdays I've picked up Mario toys for him, namely the vinyl figures of Mario and Luigi as well as a Mario plush. Though he also likes Sonic, Kirby and Link so I've gotten him toys of those characters as well.
