The smallness of the first one might have been because of the cropping I gave it. At first I wanted almost the entire render in there, but the tag felt awkward that size so I cropped of some of it and in the process...cropped off parts of the render :P
Had to delete the original render and place it in again, had to fight back the voice in my head that said "Bigger, BIGGER AHAHAHA"
V2 looks loads better, because when I was looking at it yesterday something about it looked odd. It's amazing how something like the render size can drastically change the look of a tag lol. Anyways, I love the effects, atmosphere, and concept. Only thing that needs work is lighting imo
I think you used the blur really well here, I like V2 aswell, only thing that is really bugging me is I feel the left pig tail should have some form of lighting near it, like behind it or so as it has a lighter tinge to it than the rest of her hair. Good use of those C4d's you had laying around aswell.
