Believe it or not, I would love for a game revolving Ganondorf to be made. It could explore some of his history, perhaps? The only thing that could ruin a game like that would be iff you actually fought against Link. That's just too cheap and overused, and would thus spoil it in my opinion.

An alternative would be that, after completing the adventure once (say, of Twilight Princess), you get a chance to make a special save file. In this special save file, Link's character model is replaced by Ganondorf's, and the main enemy is replaced by, say Vaati. It wouldn't mean you would be playing as the King Of Evil, he would just play the role of Link, but with a different appearance.

Meh, the second idea wasn't so great, but whatever, its good to get these ideas out there.

Yeah, it would be good to have more insight into Ganondorfs path. He wouldn't have to fight Link though, they could go back to when he was researching the Triforce, or when he was released from his prison, or something like that.

I think it would be cool to learn more about Ganon. His story and how he became evil. But I would agree with no fighting link.hermanson
