But they're not drunk at the time in which they're boasing off thinking they're the leader of the new world. That's the specific moment I'm ranting about.

I have nothing against people who drink, or even those who drink every day. It's the ones that specifically choose to boast it off as if it makes them a greating being that annoys me.

Today Steam messed up to the extent that it caused major blue screen errors on my PC, erased all my game data bar Skyrim saves (They're in a seperate folder to Steam thankfully) and now won't even let me try reinstalling it...

I was in the middle of verifying game cache of Skyrim when it decided to go offline thus seemingly breaking every game I had installed with it.

I'm really going off PC gaming, I don't spend 100's to play something that crashes and messes up this often.

That's mostly why I haven't fixed up my gaming rig.  PC gaming and I don't mix well, because I have some kind of severe OCD with video games that borders on the unhealthy.  I've installed and reinstalled Oblivion on my PC probably, honestly, over 150 times--all because I'm paranoid that some file, somewhere, was misplaced or accidnetally tampered with and then I wouldn't be playing a "perfect" game.

That's why I can't use mods.  I either use none, or I'm spending all my time installing any mod I can find and trying to get them to work together; I never end up playing the damn game.  Or I do, but I'm sick to death of it by that point.

I'm aware it's irrational, but that, for some reason, doesn't stop me.

yeah i was playing bit.trip runner earlier but thats a game you cant really play when your falling asleep

I understand to an extent. I've reinstalled Skyrim about 4 times already. But that's because I don't like plain purple dragons in a plain purple landscape with plain purple people walking around. Also I prefer to see the landscape, even if purple, more so than my desktop, even if the mountains have to flash constantly and green squares have to flicker around them and my weapon. Also I'd like my character to keep her eyes in her head.

Steam is running now for me at last, but now Team Fortress 2 is no longer in my libary of games at all. If I've lost all my items and such I will be one unhappy pony.sune_Gem

that would suck. i was playing killing floor earlier and everyones level was reset back to 0 but after a while everyones rank started to go back to normal, i nearly freaked out cause it took me forever to reach level 3 medic as well as the various other levels i gained on other classes
