Like "What Was The Last Thing You Ate Or Drank?" but this time it is what ever you cooked, how it tasted, and survivors lol.

Also if you have a pic of your creation all the better!

For me I cooked a Nippon style Teppanyaki stir fry for my family.

There was some water in the meat so the flavour was dimmd slightly, but everyone enjoyed it :) I'll have to get the water out of the meat next time.

I did an easy dinner last night - hot-dogs and chips ( one of the kids has swimming so we get back late ). Then cooked a chicken at lunchtime so I could make chicken/sweetcorn/mayo sandwich for the wife.

Just about to start cooking Gammon/potatoes/brocolli for dinner :)

I did cook some noodles, actually. I can cook other things but I'm not great at it or anything.

I don't think jamming toast in a toaster counts as cooking per se, so the last thing I properly cooked was the farfalle pasta topped with diced chicken (seasoned with black pepper and mild chilli powder) and bolognese sauce.

Roasted chicken breast in oven with... Oven roasted beets, baby carrot with some thyme, garlic, balsamic vinegar and crap loads of olive oil. with... a dip sauce made of mayonnaise, sun dried tomato and roasted garlic http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2011/04/sauced-sun-dried-tomato-and-roasted-garlic-mayo-mayonnaise-recipe.html Chicken turned out great, juicy and moist... The vegetables were great (but lacked salt) the dip sauce went 100% perfect to this dish and it was really delicious. Overall it's one of the, if not the, most successful things I've done. Had I gotten a dish that looked and tasted as good as this one at a restaurant I'd be very satisfied.
