As I'm looking at these pictures again... am I the only one not at all impressed?The characters look boring as all hell. There was more creativity in the characters from FFType-0 and they all wear the same school uniforms. Hell there was more creativity with the turks in final fantasy vii. It looks like FFXV is trying to cash in on the 'all black' Matrix fad that was old in the early 2000s, let alone now over a decade later @.@. It almost seems like Square's new strategy is to make a game, listen to the backlash and then say, "well **** you fans! if you think THIS game is bad, wait until you see what we put out next! We will make you appreciate the other crap that's already out if it's the last thing we do!"

Obviously character design isn't all that important to the game... but damn it's obvious they are trying to fit in with the usual boring ass greys and browns of most AAA games x.x.
