DW7: Which Character Will You Play First

i'm personally looking forward to the new characters and the return of several others. and the return of previous weapons are also way better than dw6. 

ANYWAYS.... which character do you plan to play with first?

i'm going to go with old faithful myself - Xihou Dun.

I never really chose what warrior to start with beforehand. I just find someone interesting and pick him. Or I simply try to find the fastest route to unlock Lu Bu. :P

I'm going to start with a classic warrior like Zhang Liao or Ma Chao though, I'm going to safe the new set of peeps for later. :P 

hopefully your starting character is already unlocked when the game begins.

Ooooooh yeeeeah. Forgot about that. In story mode, you don't get to select you character. It gets "assigned" to you.

Oh good, otherwise I would've been forced to burn down a house. :P 

well, they have to have some way to justify having 60 characters, 35 movesets, over 350 weapons, and having any character be able to weild any weapon - fight in any moveset. oh well... so much for unlocking cool movesets and weapons.

i was gonna say 35 movesets is over twice as many as what they had in DW6

DW6 wasn't bad. i actually had a lot of fun playing it. it was just the move they made with empires and with the PS2 version where they added characters, original weapons, etc back to the game but didn't make it worth paying for the game twice to get those items. Empires SUCKED! and the PS2 version only had a few changes to it which didn't amount to a hill of beans.

i should be getting the game either the day it comes out or the next if i forget. i still need to figure out how to get my bluetooth headset to work with the ps3.

the hardest part of it all would be the time difference :D

Well Deng Ai and Zhuge Dan were two of my favorites (if not, my favorites) in ROTK, so them two without question.

Jin ftw! Glad to have a new faction. Glad there are so many characters. But I am dissapointed at the lack of individual movesets... Ah well, you win some you lose some.

Besides Yuan Shao of course XD My all time favorite. Glad he can have his DW5 appearance back via content download. He was too much of a priss in 6. But still awesomley exagerately arrogant, which I find hilarious.
