The questions for the union leader interviews have remained roughly the same, with a few new ones introduced and others polished since its conception. But I understand that the current questions aren't exactly up to par with what they could be, so that's why I want to ask the members of this community: if you were handling the interviews, what would you ask leaders?

I'm not sure I even understand unions enough to throw anything out there, but one thing I was wondering was how do they keep members active? You kind of touch on it with the question about what to do when there is no news about the union, but as a follow-up to that question, what does each union do to stay active and relevant? I'll have to brain-storm some more, but the interviews are fun to read :)

Seeing as how that seems to be the biggest obstacle for any union, I have to agree. Asking what we do to keep our unions active is a great question. I'm glad I touched on the subject a bit in my interview.
