I guess that is one advantage of me not having any officer positions. I am a Leader but for only one union, but its not as active as this one so, don't have to watch over it as much.

That's shallow. I got demoted from a union once because I didn't visit for 5 days. There could be tons of reasons you didn't visit in 5 days. Needless to say, I immeddiaty resigned from the Union.

People shouldn't get demoted though if they tell Leaders their reasons on why they have to leave for a while, or why they should feel they should leave for a while, but that they will be back eventually, estimation being 6-12 months.

Hmm weird. Doesn't seem like the kind of person that does that. But then again, eh, I don't think I've ever been super crazy about that Wolverine Guy. There's something about him... that doesn't feel right to me. :P

Not many unions are that strict, I know I had to demote somebody as an officer before and I hated to have to do it, but he had not been to the union in 6 months (but had logged in and read PM's) while all other officers were active. It was actually other officers who first brought that to my attention, so I probably would not have even noticed if they hadn't said anything. But I sent a PM to him letting him know we'd give him another week and then we were demoting him.

I ask them personally if they are interested in joining usually, and if they don't want to I don't send invites to them. I'm not a user who runs unions the conventional way here, I'd rather just focus on running one or two rather than leading a lot of them. It's better that way.Â
