[QUOTE="Sandulf29"][QUOTE="PolskaKing"]Plan on buying a phone soon.PolskaKing
Which one?
This one, http://mytouch.t-mobile.com/I need a new phone. My andriod is starting to annoy me. >_>A shirt Bungie's selling for charity. Lotus-EdgeBut what is Bungie. Are you talking about the game company?
I should be getting a desk for my aparment sometime this days. Im going to my apartment next week:(papermariofan57Is it a bachelor.
If you bought an iphone from AT&T is it possible to switch to Verizon once the plan is over? I'm really considering switching whenever my contract is over since Verizon offers unlimited data.julian_jrIf you get to keep the phone, then yes.
Wait Paper's starting college living in an apartment instead of dorm?!?!julian_jrHe's too mature for first years.
[QUOTE="julian_jr"]Wait Paper's starting college living in an apartment instead of dorm?!?!Sandulf29Good option IMO. I actually have heard if you get couple of roommates, apartments are cheaper compared to dorms If you ask me it's better to start out in the dorms since that's one of the best ways to meet new people and make some good friends. Apartments are for when you're older.
If you ask me it's better to start out in the dorms since that's one of the best ways to meet new people and make some good friends. Apartments are for when you're older.julian_jrThats true too. Couple of my friends got apartment instead of dorms. But since the apartment is nearby they are half the time on campus so they are friends with many people around like the people in dorms and all.
Here getting an apartment is considered more expensive usually. The costs are perhaps slightly cheaper than the dorms, however you have to consider that you don't have a meal plan anymore and the extra benefits that come with living on campus like convenience going to classes.julian_jrIf you get roommates the cost can be split. if I heard it right it would b cheaper. But yeah food will be expensive. I think dorms also have some benefits like free internet
Here if you get an apartment each person has to get a separate contract so it doesn't really matter much. With houses it's a different matter though...julian_jrthat sucks. It will be higher than. What about paying guests option? I have heard students using that option but never seen one
[QUOTE="julian_jr"]What is paying guests? I've never heard of this before...Sandulf29Someone has a house with lot of rooms. But they have not much use for them but need money. They usually rent out a room to people. Oh I see. I don't think people do that here...
[QUOTE="mitu123"]This mobo needs to come back in stock.:xSandulf29thats pretty fing good. But I thought AMD processors were inferior D: This one supports Bulldozer which are suppose to compete with Sandy Bridge(i5-2500k, i7-2600k, etc.).
And I remember when AMD beat Intel in the Athlon FX days, though Intel striked back with Core 2 Duo and stayed like that.
Now AMD is going to do 10 cores next year on their Piledriver cpus and will use the FM2 socket, no more AM socket. This looks to be the answer to finally take down Intel like in the past.
It'll be useless for games since most games don't go past 4, I hope 6 and 8 will be more common, but for programs it'll be amazing.:shock: 10 cores. thats gonna be pretty effing to watch.
S you are gonna switch soon huh?
Sandulf29
I'm sticking with Bulldozer for my next build until Piledriver is needed.
I know. SLI's are awesome. But dunno if games would be good with that.. I have heard some games don't work well with SLI or crossfireSandulf29Yes, some, however a lot do, you can create profiles for SLI and wait for hotfixes and I've even seen GTAIV using it and it actually works, getting 65FPS at 2560x1600 with 2 GTX 580s is amazing!!!

Imagine the FPS in 1080p, it'll be a lot higher.
