do the Managers treat you right? do you have to deal with bad Management? i swear some Managers like to make a good day into a bad day so they feel better and that is wrong. i have a couple of Managers i hate to work with.
Managers can be like that. At my job, the main manager doesn't really know how things work AT work, so he/she comes off snippy when he/she wonders why "this is not done" at this time etc etc, when managers don't realize that other people not having things done and other circumstances lead to problems for people that have to work on other things. It all depends on the kinda work too.. I just ignore them and grind through the day I guess.
I AM the manager. I don't really deal with a "boss" except maybe twice a month when she comes around to audit something or go over a checklist. I think I'm pretty easy to deal with as management goes, though.

yeah the manager is pretty good, the one that had the responsiblity in the merchandise part of the shop got demoted because she was always sick, ordered wrong amount or worked too little for what she was payed for
I'm manager/head cook, I don't care whatever they do as long they got their job done, if not.. another manager for hiring/payroll 'll deal with warning and ects. so I'm just watch them and report to her pretty much lol
