I can't play video games on my PC since it doesn't have a video game hardware.YoungFlitzyou should upgrade then.
Indeed I do!
Although, I have already added you awhile back.
I play some Team Fortress 2, and GTA IV lately.
TF 2 won't run on my laptop.jediknight52501
I'm gonna assume graphics card, and if you have tried playing it, I will assume that and your shader stuff isn't high enough.

What is your integrated graphics? Running a 2008 game on lowest means that laptop is old and/or weak.=pWhat is your integrated graphics? Running a 2008 game on lowest means that laptop is old and/or weak.=pmitu123Well, GTA IV is a pretty horrible port...>.>

That's not a gaming card at all.:P It's based on low end cards from 2007. What's your cpu, better be a quad core, like mine.Yes, GTA IV is not a good port, but it's more of a cpu than gpu extensive game(though a powerful gpu is required) due to how fast it can run and it's best to have a quad core, forget dual core.
My GTX 460 I got today is incredible, but my cpu is holding it back, next week I should have a new and powerful cpu.
The fact that I can get Crysis to 30-40 FPS on high settings made me shed a tear in my eyes.
I use Steam for demos and more so for games soon.=p

Heh, I get over 100 FPS even past 200 sometimes thanks to my card.:P

I know that. :P It is not, it is only dual core.
I see...>.>
i have been thinking about that mitu. an external hard drive is a great idea.jediknight52501To be honest, I need one as well, might run out of space within a month or so if I keep getting more games and installing so much crap. Good luck on that.
Please get a quad core.=p Yeah, I'm showing my ways of my knowledge about the PC, oh well, I'm going back to a time when I played on PC more, now I'm back! that looks good.I'm so glad to get back into PC gaming more than ever, and now is the right time.
Anyways:

[QUOTE="mitu123"]that looks good. Yep, that's a 2008 game maxed out with graphical features not on consoles and I get 100-120 FPS mostly doing gameplay while consoles only go up to 60FPS.I'm so glad to get back into PC gaming more than ever, and now is the right time.

To be honest, this is one of the easiest games that ran perfect maxed out for me this gen, my cpu isn't even that strong, can you imagine a stronger one?
I have just over 70 games on Steam. I don't know if I've paid retail price for more than 4 of them. I love Steam and it certainly loves my money.... PSORngrImpressive, I need more games off Steam.
i wish i could get Half-Life 1 to work right on my laptop.jediknight52501Have you tried the compatibility mode for it?

Find where the game is, right click it, select properties, select compatibility tab, select run this program in compatibility mode for and choose an OS, then select apply and see where you go from there.mitu123i will do that when i get a chance.
do you use Steam for games? i do and i have one game on my laptop and that is KOTOR. my username is jediknight52501 and you can add me if you want?jediknight52501
Great game, but not worth getting on steam. Steam is great with online games. You could try Alien swarm. It's free and really great fun to play with friends. It's pure awesomeness for a free game and offers a lot of replay.
I use steam on my PC aswell http://steamcommunity.com/id/dewdrocks
I play L4D, L4D2, TF2, CSS and rarely CS 1.6.
I haven't played only a bit in the past 2 weeks because I am replaying mass effect games. God I love the snipers in ME1.
most games will not run that good on my laptop.jediknight52501
I'm pretty sure alien swarm has low requirements... and it depends on the performance you want when you say "will not run that good".
I have a dual core 1.6 processor, 1gb of ram and a 2600XT with 512 gddr3 card. Old rig. Runs L4D at 40-60fps, 800x600, low/medium settings; tf2 @ 40-70 in directx 8.1 mode and with a performance cfg. I don't care about quality as long as I'm owning in online games :D.Â
[QUOTE="jediknight52501"]most games will not run that good on my laptop.mitu123Your laptop was made for games before 2006.i bet i could run some games made before 2008?

Your GPU doesn't help at all.D= Intergrated graphics are a no-no for future games unless it's powerful like Alli's laptop that has the same GPU as me, though I can overclock better. You'll be lucky to get low on a lot of games, only less demanding games you'll run fine.
