Launch games: Evolve, Civ: Beyond Earth.

I'll wait for when BF:Hardline is in the discount bin and Borderlands: The Presequel goes on sale.

Missing Bayonetta 2 on that list.

I feel like I should buy 2 just to support the devs and to give it to some poor soul not having the ability to buy the game.

Sure, you can buy it for me.

So five games for sure

September is so much worse. It has FIVE games I really want:

Danganronpa 2

Final Fantasy Theatrhythm Curtain Call

Hyrule Warriors

Fairy Fencer f

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax

Then August alone has three releases I really want as well:

Akiba's Trip

Sword Art Online Hallow Fragment

Tales of Xillia 2

Holy crap that's over $400 in video games.

Maybe that. Depending on price. And any pre-order bonuses/discounts on Steam.

Bayonetta 2

And this. Whether I own a Wii U or not by then.

#15 Posted by hoosier7 (4055 posts) -

Man i'm itching for the Civ game since 5 is pretty much broken for me. It needs a preorder price on steam so at least i can get that payment out the way now as it's the only game i'll preorder.

#16 Posted by OhSnapitz (18813 posts) -

Surprisingly NO.

The only game on that list I may buy is Evolve and that's up in the air because I haven't seen anything beyond 4 vs 1 Boss mode, rinse and repeat.

#17 Edited by PhazonBlazer (11994 posts) -

Only one game worth getting on that list:

Assassins Creed Unity.

Someone should flag ubisoft for posting the same garbage every year.

#19 Posted by darkspineslayer (20623 posts) -

Right. Topic.

Smash for sure. Not sure if i'll maintain my Bayonetta preorder yet. probably will, but it's finding the time to play the damn game. P4AU will also be out, so....

October 7: Alien: Isolation / Dragon Age: Inquisition / Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor

October 14: Borderlands: The Presequel

October 21: The Evil Within

October 24: Civilization: Beyond Earth

October 28: Assassin's Creed Unity

#22 Posted by starwolf474 (983 posts) -

Evolve, The Evil Within, WWE 2K15, Assassin's Creed Unity, and HUNT: Horrors of the Gilded Age (I believe this is also scheduled for October).

Though I won't actually buy any of these games during the month of October. These are all games that I will wait for a price drop.

#23 Posted by thecruzan (105 posts) -

Oct. 7- Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, NBA 2K15, Alien: Isolation, Dragon Age: Inquisition

Oct. 21- The Evil Within, Battlefield: Hardline, Evolve

Oct. 28- Assassin's Creed: Unity, (Maybe Sunset Overdrive), GTA V (Apparently Oct. 28 is a potential release date)

September and November are also gonna damage my wallet with games like Destiny, The Master Chief Collection, Far Cry 4, and Forza Horizon 2.

#24 Posted by silversix_ (16562 posts) -

Alien and DA3 is all im getting so wont hurt much

#25 Posted by superbuuman (3355 posts) -

Bayonetta 2, Evil Within, Civ: Beyond Earth

#26 Posted by Alucard_Prime (3651 posts) -

Yeah, that's what I like about the fall releases....makes me completely ignore the fact that winter is soon starting.

Of that list, I'm getting the following on day1, no questions asked, don't care what the review scores are:

-Alien Isolation, Battlefield, Evolve(holy crap I'm excited about this), Dragon Age, Sunset OD, The Evil Within.

I'll probably get the Middle EArth game, but I know little about it I want to wait for the reviews on that one.

Basically on September 30, purchasing Forza Horizon 2 will start a chain reaction of events that will involve getting all these games and finding the time to play them one after the other.

I look forward it.

I'm actually relieved that Arkham Knight was pushed back to Jan2015. I can just focus on Dragon Age Inquisition for that window :)

#28 Posted by Mr-Kutaragi (2462 posts) -

Not likely so many game will release on same day. Most likely some delay.

#29 Posted by commonfate (12970 posts) -

Eh, just NBA2K15 here.

#30 Posted by hrt_rulz01 (7427 posts) -

Definitely going to be a busy month for me, with Middle Earth & Sunset Overdrive. Also AC Unity is a possibility.

November is just as packed as well.

#31 Posted by seanmcloughlin (38219 posts) -

October 7: Alien: Isolation

October 21: Evolve, The Evil Within

Not gonna hurt that much

#32 Posted by The_Last_Ride (75068 posts) -

It's going to hurt my wallet a lot :(

Mordor, Dragon Age, Driveclub, AC Unity and NBA 2k15 are the ones i am getting for my PS4

#33 Posted by Pffrbt (6601 posts) -

#34 Posted by Shielder7 (5191 posts) -

#36 Posted by Zethrickk382 (345 posts) -

Evolve

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor

Civilization: Beyond Earth

#37 Posted by MonsieurX (31992 posts) -

Pre-ordered Bayonetta 2 and that's about it.

#38 Posted by Legend002 (8475 posts) -

Nothing much for me October unless GTAV is there.

#39 Posted by Pikminmaniac (9520 posts) -

October 3: Smash Bros. for 3DS

October 24: Bayonetta 2

Should be great times

#41 Edited by Kaze_no_Mirai (11687 posts) -

Pretty much why I got my Xbox One during April. So I wouldn't have to buy all those games plus a 400 dollar console. I've had a PS4 since launch so I was set for that. Even then, it's gonna be tough with so many games coming out this year for various platforms.

#42 Posted by Mozelleple112 (6750 posts) -

Not a single one of those games were even remotely interesting. Looks like my wallet is safe that month

#43 Edited by R4gn4r0k (17567 posts) -

Nothing I'll be getting for sure.

I have my eye on Shadow Of Mordor and Alien if they turn out any good.

@charizard1605 said:

#46 Posted by aroxx_ab (11019 posts) -

Evolve

Killing Floor 2 looks much better choice.

#48 Posted by Slashkice (13734 posts) -

October 3: Super Smash Bros. (3DS)

October 7: Alien: Isolation

October 21: Evolve, The Evil Within

Considering I can just wait a month for Black Friday and get most of these discounted, I'm not really worried about my wallet.

Not really just one game i'm getting, i will probably check out reviews and opinions about dragon age and assassins creed before making a purchase, after pre ordering dragon age 2 and mass effect 3 i can safely say i will never again pre order anything bioware related, as for ubisoft, well i have never pre ordered their games since they are usually garbage on pc, specially at day 1.
