don't really care about sales but really shocked about the UK. the US the PS4 and XB1 are pretty close. as in PS4 has like a 2 million console lead (about 15% higher sales) But the UK is shocking. that's sony territory where the PS4 has a 3:1 lead over XB1(almost 18mil PS4s to 6 Mil XB1) Really surprised to see MS sales in the UK anywhere close to sony. Even the PS3 outsold the 360 by quite a bit in the UK

Well deserved. Forza Horizon 3 is an amazing game and Sony didn't even try to put out a decent fall lineup for the 3rd straight year.

Good for MS, no one in their right mind would get a ps4 slim. What a trainwreck that was.

lol they really are using all they've got in the PR stuff recently. Anyways, I'm so happy Horizon 3 did so well, it was a personal favorite of mine from last gen and I didn't know it would take off like this with a part 3.

XBOX ONE S is currently what fans, casual gamers, and consumers were looking for to begin with. It is THE official Xbox One Console most have been waiting for that should have launched in 2013.

Plus the current games out now, did help a bit. Good for Gamers.

Agreed! Since PS4Poo has no launch games to show off it's pseudo 4K gaming, I think Xbox One S will win again! Also Scorpio will be the GOAT console that will be a true native 4k gaming console.

I'm a long time PS4 owner and I bought that Xbone S as well as Forza Horizon 3 and I'm diggin it! Sony needs to step up, I hope they do!

As an Xbox One owner, I'm happy to see this. Not that I want to see Sony fail, but the better the Xbox One does, the less likely developers are to ignore the system or sign stupid agreements to keep games off the Xbox One(looking at you Capcom)

But more then that, it means the Xbox One is showing signs of life. Something to keep in mind is that the Xbox 360 had a sizable lead for most of last gen, and we all know how it ended. The PS3 closed the gap.

Just because Sony has sold 44 million PS4s does not mean they will maintain the lead, especially given Microsoft is getting more aggressive and Nintendo is looking to make a comeback with the NX.

Sony paid the price for their arrogance once when the PS3 had a troubled launch. Microsoft paid the price when they screwed up the Xbox One's launch. You could even argue they screwed up with the 360 by sticking to a safe schedule of sequels , Kinect, and COD.

Arrogance rarely leads to victory, and Sony is going down a dangerous road again by thinking the PS4 will sell itself and banking on unproven tech with PS VR.

This generation is starting to get intresting, especially since the Xbox One is fighting back.

Oh I loved the original title. Good stuff for the Xbox brand, definitely deserves it, I've been loving mine since launch, have so many games and had so many great times.

I guess all of the Xbox haters that made the same repetitive thread almost every single day saying that nobody was going to buy Xbox consoles anymore now that all of their games are on PC were wrong.

Congratulations to Microsoft. They have been doing a great job lately and this is well deserved. Sony has been getting too arrogant and anti-consumer lately, so they need to get beat for a while to humble them again.
