I was joking... kinda. The PS3 doesn't come with a mic like the 360 premium and XBL gold packages do, so almost everyone on XBL (that speaks english anyway) have a mic and use it, with PSN you need to buy your own mic, which means there are alot fewer people using voice chat in game.
dont really have any issues with whiney kids on xbl. Only place i would see it is on gears, but they arent bad as those teen/young adults who act wangsta, talk trash, etc. I just ignore them or i just mute them if they get out of hand. problem solved. I say it is better than joining a game where 95% of the ppl dont talk on PSN.
I never run across beyond here and there that truely annoy me, some actually are quite funny in a way whether it their silly goofiness or plain ol laugh them-ness.
and i havent encountered many screaming kids over xbox live..i play with adults only anyway,otherwise ill boot ya and mute ya if you have a whiney voice or act immature.
