I really like how it gives you goals and lets you know that you are slacking. For those that don't know Insanity is an ass kicker and I thought this kid was going to die.

I wish they'd make a version where there'd be a female, having chains all over. Leather. And she would drill you.

It does actually look pretty cool. I did P90x a while back for just a little while. Having the kinect telling me im slacking is actually kind of cool

Kinect(lol) sucks. We have a gym membership, why on earth would we use that garbage? I bet you though Wii Fit was great too? smh

Yeah you are right, having to drive to a gym, pay some monthly charge, and on top of all that pay for a persona trainer to track your results is much better than utilizing a free feature on The One.

I love working out in my own home and around it. Running, biking, doing workout videos can all be accomplished without going to some cold sterile gym.

Wii Fit is nothing like this at all.

Yup, so my $10 a month gym membership seems to suit me and my family just fine.

I like to lift weights-free weights at that and I'm not putting a full set in my man cave with benches when my work provides us a membership to a college rec center for $10 a month.

Opps, my bad, you get it for a year, so that's better than I thougth, but still there was no way MS would give away content like that for free forever.

Well there you go, kinect pays for itself in just 10 months, in just 4 years and 10 months... the console pays for itself.

Anything after that is just pure profit.

They could make another addon to this so you can compete against others in your age range to masturbate for 40 mins, and the Kinect could tell you when you are not doing it right.

I do Insanity a few times a week and this looks awesome and will be if the Kinect tracks you perfectly. I think it would be a great way to motivate yourself and add fun to the workout by getting achievements/scores and if you could compete with friends or random people. The One does so many cool things like this but I'm still not bothered about buying one just yet. And it's gonna cost quite a lot of money just to basically use these cool features for workouts that you already own so that's kinda stupid

I just saw this on IGN and it's yet another way X1 simply offers more than any other console. Free through 2014?? Yes please! Those workouts aren't cheap (p90x, insanity, etc) and really do work. Great value and a fun way to motivate yourself to keep going
