Why pc gamers have to preach??

Any time someone makes a thread asking, "what console should i get?" or "whats the best console?" or "which console has best exclusives?" you always get pc gamers preaching about pc gaming.

Pc gaming is not for everyone so stop shoving it down peoples throats.

Considering a PC can be used in the same capacity as a console with minute extra steps needed, it's not a bad suggestion and technically a superior choice.

You're on SW. People are trying to shove everything down each others throats.

• Best versions of most games.
• Best graphics.
• Best performance.
• Most options.
• Best deals on games.
• And a bunch of other awesome shit.

Seriously preferences are a thing up until a point, the advantages of the PC however aren't exactly arguable.

@ariabed: because its their life goal to get people to buy PC. Its not for me, I like console exclusives. I like Uncharted and Gears of war and MLB the show. I like the practicality of plug in my system and play. I like having my friends over and going back and forth battling all the great console games. PC has good games too but I feel its a loner platform.

Yeah I often wonder this... and even though I'm an ex-PC gamer, I still don't get it.

I guess it makes them feel good that their rigs (most of them) are more powerful than consoles. Makes them feel special or something?? I dunno.

Yes because the thousands of threads and posts arguing for each console's individual superiority or for the superiority of consoles as a whole apparently don't count for anything. It's only PC users and never anyone else.

Welcome to system wars, if you didn't want to hear about systems vying for personal wins you probably should have just deleted your account a long time ago.

It's not a loaner platform, it's just something which is personal enough, important enough and you care enough about that you don't want to share with anyone, I don't even let my friends come close to my PC let alone ever use it... Consoles are like having the neighborhood bicycle as your girlfriend, everyone gets a ride, a PC is the girl you end up marrying.

Well not everyone has the time money and patience to maintain a gaming rig, surely you don't need me to tell you that.

Not what I said. I just prefer not to boast. There are games I play on higher difficulties, because they legitimately become better games. I also don't play online anymore, since I get bored with it, unless it's for goofing off like GTA Online.
