No. Not sick at all. As far as the ddr3 thing, well most gaming PCs still come with this as standard, and I know MY desktop shits on both current gen consoles. HOW CAN IT DO THAT WITH DDR3?!!!
It was a "thing" in the Army to buy the American company's console first, so we buy the xbox because we are American and serve America. The Japanese overwhelmingly buy Nintendo or Sony, and I think its cool in todays cynical, too cool for school times to support one of your own.
Lastly, the console has been a joy to use. I went from watching the winter Olympic Hockey games to Titanfall matches in between periods with a voice command and then back. All without picking up the remote or changing inputs. Great times, awesome console.
