Why Am I fond of all the Zelda games except N64's Ocarina of Time?

I promise I am not joking. I admit I didn't play the game originally in 1998, but I tryed playing it in 2005, tryed playing it in the 3DS version, I promise u when I say I don't understand anything about this game.

Despite the fact that everyone says its the greatest game of all time. Anyone that thinks like me, or have an explanation?

You first played it in 2005, that's why. Subsequent 3D Zelda's have all borrowed excessively from Ocarina of Time (and from A Link to the Past if you go even further back), so if you go back to OoT after having already played through more recent Zeldas, it's hard to see what all the fuss was about. But I can assure you that when I first played Ocarina of Time in 1998, I was absolutely amazed,

I love the game but it's just your preference and there is nothing wrong with that. You probably fall into the group of people who think alttp is the best Zelda game.Ghost120x

There are many games that people say are super amazing and I think "what are they smoking" such as WOW or Halo 3. Doesn't make them wrong, doens't make me wrong, it's just personal opinion.

I find Twilight Princess to be OoT on steroids. A 2007 release, essentially.

because you're a hipster that loves to go against public opinion? Because there is no way that you would like other 3D Zelda games and not OOT since all of them are based on its formula.

It's weird though that someone would like all the other Zelda games and not OoT, considering OoT is the most Zelda-ish of the bunch (together with ALttP and the original of course).
