When are you entering Next Gen?

I will penetrate next gen day one.

I already have a PC that outperforms next gen consoles. I will be picking up a Wii U this Christmas season. With a PC and Wii U combo, I will be quite happy with this new generation :)

what a boring combination

Sadly I've got to say I'll be shying away from this Generation, which frankly irritates me because it's the first new console generation in which I've had money and been working - so I could of bought one if I wanted to... well I'd have to of saved like a mofo.

But I've decided to stick to handhelds as they are currently performing quite well in terms of graphical updates from last handheld generation and my PC. I'll continue to play my Xbox 360 if there are any new games like Watch Dogs to play on it and of course GTA V, as I'm late to that party.

Such a shame that what could of been the first gen I wasn't just leeching off my brothers is so, well, poop.

Oh and I voted for Dreamcast 2 because my god it would be boss, no matter how improbable it is!

Not pre-ordering... not lining up... not getting one until there is a game I'm interested in. I got the 360 in June 06 with Oblivion, the Wii in July 07, and the PS3 the day God of War III came out. That said I wouldn't mind playing Killzone Shadow Fall but it's not a must have or anything.

i buy ps4 next march probably i hope buy xboxone 2015 if have enough money for both consoles

Don't have a Wii U yet. I'll still play my other systems before then.

I will probably enter into the next generation by 2015 or 2016. The launch titles I wanted would be cheaper by then and the price of the console would be cheaper also.

I'm waiting for 3 games that I really want to play to come out. It could be any of these:

• Dragon Age 3
• New Elder Scrolls
• Final Fantasy XV
• New Quantic Dream Title
• New Street Fighter/Marvel vs
• New JRPG from the Lost Odyssey dev
• Something I haven't thought of

There are currently zero titles coming out in 2013 that I'm interested in for next-gen and I don't think any of the announced ones in my list have been confirmed for 2014.

Late 2014 or sometime in 2015 most likely. Getting a PS4 then.

I'm entering next gen in mid to late 2014 for 3 reasons:

1) Money. I technically have enough to in my bank account right now to buy either system, but I graduate college in a couple weeks and am finally starting my internship. That means getting my own place and all the expenses that come with it.

2) After the RROD and YLOD fiascos of this gen I'm more than a little iffy on buying a launch console. I'll be paying close attention to both systems' reliability ratings.

3) Historically console launch lineups have almost always been weak, and the PS4 and X1 have not bucked this trend. Right now neither system has an announced game that I really give a shit about. Until Fallout 4 or XCOM2 gets announced I'm in no big rush to jump into next gen.

My local Best Buy allowed me to take home the PS4 from their kiosk. Been gaming on it for about a week now. I'm in next gen already.

Won't be getting it day 1. Not trying to sound like some kind of rebel badass who is too good for the launch games but I genuinely don't have the money for it. Like I physically don't have 400 euros to give the store for the console. Hopefully ASAP though!!

Nov 22nd - Xbox One

About 8 months ago when I built my current PC.

I'll wait until next year (2014). By then the PS3 games for the PS4 will be available. :-)

I will get a PS4 in a year or two. I wish there was a flex-pay option like HSN offers for its merchandise.

Have my One and PS4 pre-ordered. Not sure it will feel like next-gen to me until a game comes out that I know couldn't have been done on a previous console -- and not just graphically. I'm hoping one of Ryse, KZ: Shadowfall, Knack, Dead Rising 3, or one of the numerous sports titles is able to do that for me.

I got a Wii U on launch day. Will be getting a PS4 on the 15th. No way in hell I'm getting that piece of garbage Xbox One.

People who have a PC and Wii:U combo must not have brilliant PC cos how can you downgrade so much and get an eye sore.
Next Gen truly starts as PC, PS4 and X1 go into full swing.

Technically already did. Own a Wii U. Will be getting an Xbox One early next year (February most likely) with Dead Rising 3 and soon to be Titanfall in March. Then PS4 mid next year seeing as Killzone and Infamous are all that interest me in the first 6 months.

Around March, tax return time lol, plus I can see both out there and see the pros and cons of both and make a quality decision!!

Preordered the PS4 so it's only weeks away for me.
