• DUST COLLECTOR(s) - Tied up between the PS4 and the 3DS. It's been about 6 months since I even booted these things up. PS4 just doesn't have any exclusives that interest me and 3DS just... well it's a fucking handheld. Getting me to game on one would be like getting FreedomFreeLife to eat his veggies and stop making shit topics. A tough sell.
• PRIMARY PLATFORM(s) - Right now? Split between PC and PS3.. though admittedly, the PS3 game I'm playing is Final Fantasy Tactics sooo... PS1? Probably about to shift all focus to the WiiU soon though. Bayo 2, Shovel Knight and Smash are all calling to me.

My 360 is my dust collector. My Wii U gets all my time.

@ConanTheStoner: My Wii and PSP are the dust collectors. My Wii is sitting behind my TV and I have used it in almost a year now. I still have plenty of great games for it, I just don't have the time to play thme. Same with PSP. Lots of game, so time to use it. I'd probably sell it, but I don't want to get rid of Valkyria Chronicles 2. I still use my Xbox 360/PS3/PS4 and XB1 every week. I haven't used my PSVita in a while, but I did you my 3DS last week to play Super Smash Bros. My primary is the XB1 for now. At least until Witcher 3 and Bloodborne are released.

Dust Collector: PS4 (more so than the vita).

Main: PC followed by Wii U.

Current Gen Dust Collector: Xbone...with PS4 doing a tiny bit better and my Wii U doing a bit better than that. All three could be better, but the Wii U is victorious out of the big three, but they are all dust collectors.

My handhelds have always been dust collectors as I use them for trips/dentists. In that sense due to PS+ and Remote play, the Vita gets a tiny bit more play than the 3DS.

In my house its,

PC for all multiplat gaming except fifa

XBOX for halo, fifa, sunset, forza 5 + horizon,

PS4 for the dust.

Dust collectors: PS3 and 360. Just no reason to go back to them but I keep them both because you just never know!

Main: PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Yeah I know I listed them all but I play games downstairs on PC (Divinity mostly at the moment) and upstairs Halo MCC on X1 which has now been sidelined for DA Inquisition on PS4 so no dust collecting on the mains really.

Champ will ask me why PS4 for DAI when I have a PC well I'm not taking my fucking system unit upstairs for one game and I'm not allowed (she who must be obeyed) to plug my PC into the HDTV downstairs and anyway DAI looks quite amazing on the PS4 and is a fantastic game to booth. Actually X1 and PC are in danger of a bit of dust collecting as I can't tear myself away from DAI at the moment, truly epic.

Well not everyone is saying that, some even say it's their primary.

But yes, of course we knew it would make some lists.

That said, I think it is justified for many. If you have a decent PC, much of the PS4 library evaporates. Obviously it won't stay like this, but it's just the reality of the current situation. If beyond your decent PC, you have other platforms with a decent roster of exclusives, your time is spent and the PS4 becomes somewhat less relevant.

This is why I lost interest in the 360 last gen. Nearly all bases were covered, and in better form, on other platforms. Of course we know Sony will turn things around soon, but for right now it's understandable that this parallelogram is collecting dust for many.

Also, thank you for bringing a smidgen of bitterness to the topic. Really, not even joking. I was starting to worry that everyone would just answer the question and be civil (boring).

I don't really have any dust collectors. Of the newer consoles I guess the PS3. I really only use it to watch mp4 files at this point. Oh wait change that the Wii.

Primary gaming is PC / PS4 / 360 pretty much in that order. Although I have been playing a lot of ZombiU on the Wii-U lately.

Probably Wii and 360 at the moment. XboxOne is getting most playtime and been playing a bit of Demon Souls on PS3.

My PCs and laptops/netbook will never be dust collectors because I use them everyday, whether for gaming or non-gaming use.

The Wii gets used because of VC (Wave Race 64).

The PS3 gets used because of my favorite PS3 exclusives and Netflix.

I'd say my dust collector is the PSP1000. My Android tablet replaced it for watching videos while exercising in the gym.

No dust collectors here. I'd say I spend an equal amount of time with my Wii and Xbox 360.

I own a ton of retro consoles that I don't get a chance to play much so I will exclude those.

1 - Wii - With backwards compatibility on Wii U whats the point?

2 - 360 - I havent turned it on since Jan or Feb.

3 - PS3 - I only turn on when new PS+ games come out. I play them a couple of times or just switch to the Vita version and then wait for next month.

Everything else is in a pretty good rotation.

PS4, 360, and PS3 get no usage pretty much

Primary at the moment: WiiU. Just finished Bayonetta 2 and now playing Smash bros. Will probably pick up Mario Kart and Pikmin soon as well. Hoping X gets a late spring release.

Dust collector: PS4. Haven't played an actual game on it in nearly 2 months. I only use it for netflix at the moment and the only reason is because it has the auto play function. WiiU app doesn't for some stupid reason. May pick up Call of duty since my friends keep trying to get me to buy it. Maybe if there's a sale.

I understand perfectly on the console gaming front man, I do get that. I've always gravitated towards consoles. Often times I would opt for the console version of a game rather than PC, just because. In recent years it's just been tough for me to look past PC for most of my gaming needs, but I do understand. But hey, preference is preference.

And haha yeah, I hate to agree, but it would suck to be a 90s kid lol. I was born in 82 and I'm grateful for that! Wouldn't have minded being born a bit earlier tbh.

You're right though, the mainstream vibe of today just doesn't jibe with me. I know that sounds hipster as ****, but so many things feel worn out and uninspired. Just canned up and shipped out... oh well.

Everything in my home collects dust. Their mere existence in my home is conducive to their ability to collect dust.

Current playing Xbox 360 more than PS3, though.

Main dust collector is the Wii. I have the Wiiu so my Wii is pretty much a glorified Gamecube player at this point.

My main platform is a toss up between PS4 and WiiU. I spend more time with games on the WiiU, but my PS4 is my media device and for games.

My PC, i gotta clean off my dust filters again this weekend :P

Primary system: Xbox 360 (Even though I own all of the next gen consoles, most of my friends still only have Xbox 360, so I therefore still spend the most time on Xbox 360 playing online with friends)

My Xbox 360 is collecting dust. Only gets used for watching movies because the DVD drive in my PC is dead. I should probably fire it up and play some more Mortal Kombat and Dark Souls

Of the new consoles, PS4. My multiplats are on PC, and Halo:MCC and SSB for Wii U have the other two getting playtime each day. Probably won't have a reason to spin up the PS4 until I get the itch to play more of TLOU:R, because I know I won't be getting any itch for Destiny.
