What is the best Open World game out right now?

Entirely Subjective but GTA 5 from those 3 for me. Had a blast playing the SP for over 100+ hours twice.

Star citizen when it will release.

Assassins Creed: Black Flag, or Infamous Second Son.

Batman: Arkham City

The gameplay from both a mechanical and encounter design perspective is well done. The actual open world (as fugly as it is) actually has a shit load of satisfying content that isn't filler or repetitive bullshit, , has a host of unlockables to get that are more than just "herpa derp shoot a 100 pigeons", and hey in between it has puzzles. Idiot friendly puzzles for people who haven't touched an actual puzzle game, and not as cool as the riddles in Asylum, but puzzles none the less.

The open world being a fucking u-shape bullshit, or the fact the games navigation sucks ass without the grappling boost (which I didn't get on my first playthrough, because side quests), but the actual moment to moment game way more enjoyable than what Rockstar or fucking Ubisoft.

Side note: Watch Dogs is fucking atrocious.

I haven't played GTA5 (yet) but the answer is modded Skyrim.

GTA5 and a close second goes to Watch Dogs.

All the games in the op are mediocre. I'd go with Dark Souls 2 if that's considered open world. if not then Fallout NV, game was soooo damn good.

Other could be a lot of games I guess. Those are the top 3 best sellers on Amazon right now though. Everything else minus Infamous is last gen and even GTA V is that although last gen is probably more polished. I actually liked watchdogs although it's buggy as heck and graphically chopped in half. What happened to no limits? I really want to like watch dogs though.

I've played all these games Skyrim and Sleeping Dogs too. Red Dead. Serious though I think I had the most fun with watch dogs. It's the only current gen one that is actually something with a lot to do and an interesting premise.

Are we not allowed to give our personal opinions in here? I really enjoyed WD....car chases were a blast and challenging, the gunplay was also very good.

There is one section in the game when you are taking people out ( using camera's, using environments etc ) and all of a sudden Wu Tang Clan's "Cream" starts playing...oh man gave me chills. Any game that makes me feel some type of way is high on my list.

Overall though I personally loved Fallout 3. It was super engaging for me.

Open World? Think its closed for renovations ha ha anyway as for the poll looks like I am going with Other.... cha looks like Skyrim's best choice.
