What is currently the best COOP game, IYO?

Resident Evil 5 and the Gears of War trilogy was always great fun in co-op.

Broforce is a great answer.

Alienation is another one too.

I'll be honest, I had a lot of fun playing The Division with my buddy. That game was meant to be played with a friend.

Don't play mush anymore but Borderlands 2 was a blast.

Gears is always good in co-op.

Splinter Cell Blacklist is the most fun I've had in a co-op mode in a very long time. Playing locally with my buddies is always a good time, we still even play from time to time.

Of all time, Left 4 Dead 2 (i'm still waiting for the third one).

On current generation, Helldivers or 7 Days to Die.

War in the North was surprisingly great.

Arma 2/3, L4D2, Borderlands 2 (doesn't exactly have deep co-op mechanics but its a great game, and even greater with friends).

Total War co-op campaigns are also a good time, a bit too much waiting around for your friends to take their turn though

Through the years, probably the Halo series has accumulated the most co-op time for me be it locally or online.

Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes is great in groups.

Diablo 3 is great

Arma 3.

I don't know if it's the best, but Halo 5 Warzone Firefight is pretty great.

Dark Souls is one of my favorites.

Grim Dawn is also amazing fun in co-op.

The original L4D on the 360 was boss for co-op, such a great game to play with friends and only gets better the higher the difficulty you play it on.

Forza Horizon 3 will have 4 player campaign co-op come September, so that will probably become my favourite.

I just bought Zombie Army Trilogy, can anyone say the 4 player co-op is any good?

Original L4D was better on PC with custom maps. :P

Yea Broforce rules! Lol. Also Rocket League comes to mind. Or any Lego game.

I still love COD Zombies also the Soulsborne games are great for coop.

Halo 5 and Battleborn

Helldivers, forgot that one. That's a badass game Eroica game.

Having custom maps doesnt take away the original ones, they add more. Some episodes were so good youd think Valve made them.

Haven't played Bro Force tho, that may change my opinion.

Man the controls in that game is just flat out horrible. i was just wishing it to be finished ....and it was so absurd that all boss fights could get done with a single RPG except the last Boss.

RE5 works great on the mouse and keyboard.

Actually Super Mario 3D World is another good answer.

Diablo 3 RoS and Halo MCC hands down

Right now I would say Halo 5, Halo MCC, in recent times that's where most of my coop time has been spent.

Before that I really enjoyed Diablo 3, I'm a huge Diablo fan. Sadly, the console version of the game is littered with dumb cheaters, I can't play anymore. I don't care much for playing it with a group of regular friends, because some games like Diablo 3 I actually enjoy playing it with randoms most of time, I like hosting and whoever joins tags along, I like to see variety and dont always necessarily enjoy playing with the same group of people.

I also really liked Dead Rising 3 and FarCry 4 coop campaign 2 players, that stuff was awesome.

Broforce looks great, would like to try it one day.
