I don't believe in buying new consoles until two decades+ after they launch to make sure there are no bugs.
I have upgraded from ColecoVision, Intellivision, and Atari 2600 finally after playing those libraries to death.
Currently, I'm playing my newest consoles:
I heard good things. NO SPOILERS!
Starcraft II PC, Walking Dead Season 2 PS4, SSB Wii U.

That witch =P I'm happy Virat's superiority got crushed in the process also, but feeling bad for the team. So much bad feilding, bowling, Smiths LBW was not given. Ahhh Well :(
Yup, rooting for KKR on IPL next Heh.
Forza 5 ... it came as a surprise when i bought my xbox one used ... the game disc was in the console (so not into that racing series or horzion only played the demo of Forza horzion 2)
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare (xbox one) ... love the exo suit stuff and the guns ... need to buy the dlc for zombies ... only complaint is there is so much lag sometimes the game becomes unplayable online ... I personally think people are cheating lagging the game ... i never experienced so much lag in any game before to be honest ... really sad as its a pretty good game
Last game I played was Hotline Miami 2, PC.
Desperately wanting to get started on Bloodborne and Pillars, just too busy at the moment.
PS4: NHL 15, FIFA 15, Shadow of Mordor, GTA V, CoD Ghosts / Advanced Warfare
PC: Age of Mythology Extended Edition, RollerCoasterTycoon, Settlers 2, Anno 1404
I don't play on PC very often, most of the time when my gf and I watch tv I play some settlers or RCT along the way.
X1,Been switching it up between FH2, MCC & Destiny. I need to get back to a lil SO & GTA5 pretty soon, I think I forgot how to play those lol.
360, recently played though Tomb Raider and still go back to BL2 now & then.
Playing Dead Space 3. Never finished it before and for whatever reason I decided to pick it up again. If you forget it's a Dead Space game and view it as a splatter game with some fun crafted weapons, it's actually pretty decent. Much better than I remember.
Right now I'm just trying to beat Champion's Road in Super Mario 3D World (Wii U). It might very well be the most difficult level in Mario history.
I just recently completed inFAMOUS Second Son (PS4) on the evil playthrough set on expert difficulty and got the platinum for it.
Xbox One
Nhl 15 and FIFA 15 with Titanfall sprinkled in.
Android
Clash of Clans, currently have a war scheduled tonight.
Just beat Final Fantasy IX last night on my Vita. Here's what else:
Right now, Smash Wii U is my go-to game when I'm bored. The last modern game I beat was Ori and the Blind Forest (which is awesome), but other than those two I've mostly been playing retro games, specifically SNES games. I bought Demon's Crest from the Nintendo eShop yesterday, but haven't played it yet.

How do you play that many games simultaneously? Many of those games are very story-driven. Do you actually play each game once or twice a week, or is that simply your list of games that you plan to play one after another?
[Too many games for one man to play at one time.]

Lengthy post in the spoiler block. :P It's pretty much about time management; different times of the day or different situations around the house call for different games to be played.
I usually don't have this many games on my plate anymore. I think it was last weekend or two weekends ago I had myself a three-day weekend so I reverted into my old habits and just kind of picked up and played games all weekend, whatever I was in the mood for. That got me on so many of these games. So a game like Dissidia is one that I just pick up and play casually, and it's the same with Pokémon, Captain Toad, and Smash. Whenever I'm in the mood for them during the week, I'll play it, which is frequent enough to warrant getting put on the list. :P
There are a lot of RPGs on there right now; I sort of worked myself into a corner on that one. :P But I started waking up at 6:00 am now when I don't have to go into work until 9:00 am, so for at least an hour every morning in the work week I'll now devote time to FFXIII-2 (went on the backburner so I could complete FFIX, which I now did.) I just picked up Type-0 but that is one I'll play a large chunk of through Remote Play since it feels so good on the Vita and I can play that while watching TV with the wife. Valiant Hearts shouldn't be too hard to complete, and Halo 2 Anniversary is just for me late at night to wind down and have some fun. ^_^
Xenoblade and Dragon Age are really the worst offenders on this list as they are so incredibly long and I feel like I'm never actually making a dent in either one. It's definitely a problem, but when I do get time to sit down with them I'm usually devoting time to it. If there were any two that I should take off the list, it's probably these two, but I really do need to complete them. Especially Xenoblade so I can pick up Xenoblade X when it releases.
It's probably bass-ackwards, but the juggling has been working this past week save for the two large games. It'd be easy to complete Xenoblade and Dragon Age if I devoted more time to it, but a lot of times, especially throughout the week, I don't find myself in a situation to be able to play those games. I'm hoping that changes come summer.
Team Fortress 2 - PC
Always playing Team Fortress 2.
Oh, and Smash Bros (Wii U) when my buds come over.
PC - Star Wars: Jedi Knight Collection (that tempted me more than Vampire - Bloodlines, sorry), Dragon AGE: Origins (on hold; waiting to get some DLC for it), Civ III
Wii - Nothing (though I did get Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revo 3 and Rock Band 1)
360 - Nothing (though I did get the US version of MK9 Komplete)
GC - Nothing (XGIII and the extras for Nightfire and Rogue Leader are on hold, plus I haven't had time to play Puyo Pop, NFS: HP2, and Star Wars: Clone Wars yet)
N64 - Nothing (just got Jet Force Gemini though)
PS1/PS2 - Again, nothing (although I recently got Tekken 4, plus haven't started Ultimate Spider-Man and Fear Effect)
PS3 - The Last of Us (multiplayer is awesome), Lost Planet 3, Earth Defense Force 2025, Saints Row 2, Unreal Tournament III.
Wii U - Bayonetta 2, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, TNT Racers, Donkey Kong Country, Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Origins.
Wii - Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, Shaun White Snowboarding: World Stage,
I started playing Dark Souls on PC to see what the hype is all about. I started with a female thief, which is supposed to be the hardest character to use for beginners. And let me say, I have played it for around 5-8 hours and to be honest, I don't see how this game is supposed to be "difficult". This is nothing compared to Ninja Gaiden on Master Ninja or MG Rising on Revengeance. The parry system in particular it's really easy to exploit and kill almost every humanoid enemy in one hit with riposte.
