Well at least MS did something right. Windows Vista owns!

I may be anti-X360 and pro-PS3, but I will admit, Windows Vista is an awesome upgrade from XP. In fact, I upgraded my notebook to Vista Business (I'm a business man). The interface KILLS that of XP, but unfortunately I cannot use the Aero feature because my video card isn't powerful enough. But I am amazed at how everything runs SO much faster than on XP. It's like my PC suddenly got way faster. I also like the sound effects in Vista.

By the way, I have an IBM ThinkPad T43, and would like to upgrade the graphics card, if possible. Is there a way to do this? I think it currently has 64 MB video RAM, but I need 128 MB to run windows Aero.

And theirs an option to delete the recycle bin.ninjiijitsu

Vista does own. Start reading about Superfetch. It DRAMATICALLY increases response time for programs you run fairly often.

That's what I thought.  Vista is a massive system hog.  Bad enough to make me wonder what MS is actually doing and running inside my PC. 

Plus, if he loves Vista so much and did his homework he shoul dhave just bought a Mac.  Vista is just a rip off of OSX only much less efficient and less user friendly.

another OS system MS copied huh? All the reviews I have read said the system wasnt so good. I personally dont put any MS OS on my PC because they allow too many viruses (from my past experiences). Linux and Mac OS X>>>>>>>Any Windows Productrockydog1111

Funny thing:  Spent about 300 bucks to get Windows XP BACK on the computer.

And it ran lightyears faster too!
