Vita has a lot of games, people who say "it has no gamez" are lying or simply dumb.
That being said, I much prefer my 3DS library over my Vita's, BUT the Vita does offer a far better handheld experience all things considered.

Indies and ports...Sony themselves told us they're basically finish with the Vita. The delusional and desperation is unreal with some of you guys. Sony left the Vita to die as soon as it was released. They're the ones to blame for not even supporting their own platform. If Nintendo can balance and support two platforms by themselves, why not Sony? Just pathetic.
lol. Really? Sony came out and said, "we are basically done with the Vita" ? No they didn't. No company would ever do that. How about a reputable link to where they said this, or better yet a video clip of a rep from Sony saying anything that even comes close to that.

If you actually read what they're saying, its quite clear what their intentions are.
I have way more then enough games for my vita.
As do I. I am not the kind of person that is playing this thing everyday. I fly about 7 or 8 times a year and that it is when I use it. So two good games a year for someone like me is plenty.
There are some great titles out for it. Some are pretty inexpensive too~
Demon Gaze
Muramasa
Tearaway
Gravity Rush
Hotline Miami
P4G
Zero Escape (kind of a game)
Toukiden
Golden Abyss
Ragnarok Odyssey Ace
etc etc.....
As long as they are still coming out with at least a few quality titles for it each year then as far as I am concerned, it definitely isn't dead to me~
Personally I put time in my vita almost everyday and still havent got through it all and theres more thats coming that I wanna play.
Can't wait to get a Vita sometime.
Do you even own a single console?
Stupid question.

Oh I read the article earlier this morning. That's a far cry from saying "we are done with the vita"
Hard to tell which genres those games are, and no I'm not going through that whole list.
If 95% of that list is composed of JRPGs, then yes the PS Vita is TRULY DEAD for me. LOLOLOL
And what a shame. A dev friendly portable with extreme potential, that never really lived up to it's potential.
Its a shame that Sony doesn't support it anymore such a strong device with so little first party and western games. The launch was great and it slowly dwindled from there. Out of that list only one or two games caught my eye a lot of those games I already played or am not interested in. Compared against 3ds its a joke.

We'll take that as a no.
Well that list is a little padded.
but you can not deny that a lot of it is made up of quality games even if some of them are found on other platforms.
Oh yeah, no doubt. I was playing a decent amount on my Vita, but it just dried up... Hopefully we get some solid releases this year.
Look at all that shit I can play on literally any other machine on the planet. Just look at it!
On the go? Please go on!
I don't care about playing them on the go.
What now?
There are still a few games only on PS vita on that list. However, the vita probably isn't the system for you. Sorry you wasted your money. I'm not sure why you bought a vita in the first place. You should probably have done more research before buying something that now you only see fit to use as a PS4 accessory device.
Yes, I was obviously expecting Sony to reduce their newest $250 flagship handheld to a glorified PS4 controller. Of course I should have seen that coming! It's my fault, clearly, and not Sony's for not, you know, actually releasing games on it!
Silly me.
Was looking at the library and upcoming games too hard?
We have mobile phones and tablets now. Vita is essentially a relic. Sony knows it. Most logical people are aware of it. At this point, it's fanboys desperately hoping for some magical augmented reality in which we do not progress.
Good luck with that...
This list perfectly explains why the Vita is failing. Most people don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for a dedicated gaming device to play ports.
I do admit there is a set of existing games that are excellent on the Vita, but the list you've shown just illustrates what the mass majority of titles are.
Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist of Arland
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth
Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed
Sword Art Online
Atelier Ayesha Plus: The Alchemist of Dusk
Lol
All those games, how many are first party and exclusively intended for the system? Freedom wars and that's about it.
Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist of Arland
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth
Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed
Sword Art Online
Atelier Ayesha Plus: The Alchemist of Dusk
Lol
Yeah, those games look so awful. Have some standards, people. lol.
Well looks like Sony is letting the VITA be on the life support that is 3rd party development since they wont support their own system. But nice that they told us all it's more or less a $200 controller for the PS4 now. Just goes to show you how much Sony really cares about their own product. E3 was their last chance to really save it and they did bugger all.

Playing games on the go doesn't matter to people who sit at their computer all day.

Sorry it took so long to respond, I was playing Halo Reach on my Xbox 360.
That's a huge list and none of those games interest me in the slightest. Handheld gaming died for me a longggg time ago. I played them on family trips when I was younger, but now that I'm older I have no use for them. I do travel several times a year for work, but on a two or three hour flight I can get by just fine watching a movie or playing a game on my phone or tablet, not to mention I can play numerous Steam games on my MacBook Pro.
I have no interest in getting games for the Vita that I can get on my PC or PS3. And until they drop the price to the memory cards, I am not jumping in.
Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist of Arland
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth
Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed
Sword Art Online
Atelier Ayesha Plus: The Alchemist of Dusk
Lol
If people are interested in the game I dont see what LOL about it.
Only the jelly believe it's dead.
Please don't support my stance. You'll only weaken my argument with your blind fanboy persona.

@Pffrbt: quite a bit. Even less of a reason to pc game.
cows dont always have a gaming rig but when they do its to play xbox games on
I was a bit disappointed how Sony handled the vita this year. But there is like 20 games from that list I'm getting so I think things are going to be ok. The vita will not be the portable that they promised when they launched it.
If they ever make another handheld (god I hope they don't) they need to do like they did with the ps4 and see what western devs want out of the system. I say this, since they don't want to make their AAA teams work on handhelds they better get as much third party support if they want the console to succeed in places beyond Japan.
