Valkayria Chronicles getting new DLC Content

Edy's Mission "Enter The Edy Detachment" follows a group of six Gallia soldiers as they seek to rescue a village under siege by the Imperials. Selvaria's Mission "Behind Her Blue Flame" actually puts players in the shoes of a young Imperial engineer named Johann, allowing them to see how the war unfolds from the enemy's point of view."

Still no word about pricing oravailability but they devs say it will be released in the spring.

Excellent news. Since this is likely going to be the only new VC related content ever released there's no way I'll pass this up. This game has been so criminally ignored by the gaming community. It sickens me that it only sold around 30,000 copies in NA.

Wow. This thread reminded me that I still need to finish the game. I'm actually on the last mission, which is generally where I lose interest in whatever I'm playing.

Good news about the DLC, though. I might buy it just to give the game a bit more of the support that it deserves.

Best game on the PS3 keeps getting better. I'm buying the DLC on day one, money or no money. It's a real shame the game didn't sell well because it's fantastic. A great game is a great game regardless of genre. Guess it wasn't as "flashy" as MGS4, KZ2, and some of the other heavy-hitters. Pish posh I say. VC is the best game on the system for me.

Buy it now people before there are none left!

That the problem with SRPGs, not that many people like them. :( Too bad because Valkayria Chronicles is a great SRPG.

I read that they're adding trophies to the game as well. This is all good since I haven't bought it yet and plan on doing so soon :).Episode_Eve

IF they had trophies as well with this new content, then this will be my next purchase over RE5. I loved the demo and have been waiting to get this game. It sounds like DLC i'd actually pay for myself.

Great news, funny thing, today i started a new campaing.

Seriously people, buy this game, is a great game, just do yourself a favor and buy it.

I know that the sales weren't that good, but i really hope that SEGA make a sequel.

Been waiting for these DLC. I need moar niche games injection. Mainstream isn't my preference and most of them failed to please me.

Any news on trophies? I cannot seem to play games without achievements or trophies. I just need that extra replay factor.

VC is easily one of my favorite games this gen, Ill be getting the dlc day one

I've been doing some research, and i couldn't find a link, however, i found that a lot of stores are not getting new copies of the game and is getting pretty hard to find, i just hope that now that the game seems to be reaching some "popularity" because its harder and harder to find, SEGA realizes that there are people who still wants the game

i picked up VC a few months after realease pre-owned for 20 quid and its some of the best money iv spent on a game ever.

glad i got it when i did as well as iv seen very few places with it in stock.

ok it's time to get back in the game and put everyone at level 20 and get ready for it

I know a lot of you want "real" trophies, but the game already has in-game medals to acquire. Just because you can't display them for the world to see shouldn't dissuade you from purchasing the game. Buy the game, ladies and gentleman! It's amazing!!!!
