Unreal Tournament will see more graphical improvements

So the developer apparently talked about a few things and how they are continuously improving the game. They pretty much blew everyone away showing the game at GDC. Future maps will have the same level of detail. Outpost 23 will serve as the base on the games graphical standard.

One of the few games I'm actually hyped for. This and Battlefront III.

Going to say this now. This is game has the best looking map I have ever seen. The art style and the lighting are amazing. It looks even realistic at times. I dare to say its at a CGI level.

They already have a build of the game running on DirectX 12 and running on some early DX12 drivers from Nvidia. When DX12 hits, they'll be able to free up a lot of CPU space to be able to do a lot more draw calls more quickly which should really help with high fidelity scenes.

Not only does this obviously look better the game will actually run at 1080p 60 fps.

UT looks really good.

60? This is a super fast paced twitch shooter. People will play it in 100+ fps

A single 970 GTX can get 90-120 fps at the current highest settings^^

Can't wait to see a SP only game that uses UE4 with a 60 fps target for 970-980 GTX cards

And they'll probably play it at 1440p as well. The point is the order missed the 1080p 60 fps mark.

That's Fortnite. More info about that was released in Gameinformer's cover few months ago.

I almost forgot about that game seems like Epic is more focus on showing UT which is the benchmark for their engine.

Honestly the most impressive graphical thing I have seen has to be the VR demo of Eve Valkyrie using the new Unreal engine.. The problem with these new graphic presentations is they are basically extremely narrowed down corridor games.. Or games with the illusion of alot happening in the distance, but you could never actually go there..
