Toukiden announced for PS4.. coming in March

I've never played a Toukiden game before but i heard the one on Vita is very good!

Sony announces Toukiden: Kiwami coming to both the PS4 and Vita this year in March.. time to get dat PS4 version!

Don't remember if I bought the PSVita game or not. I have to check my stash of Vita games. This is looking good though. In the same vain as Monster Hunter. I'll have to add it to my list of games to check out.

Literally cuz not even Japanese gamers care for these games or are willing to buy a PS4 or VITA for it.

It better happen! ( im sort of 99% sure it will ) cuz personally i would rather play on PS4 than on my Vita but having it on Vita would be good who would rather play on the vita than the PS4... win win either ways

I loved the original game, so in a way, it's good to see the series get more exposure on the PS4. That said...

@Nengo_Flow: LOL been a metal gear fan for decades so yes I am buying 5 day one. But I may go PC, haven't decided yet.

@Slashkice: I did know that, but the new game was, as far as I know, supposed to be Vita only.

How does a new game somehow make the old one not exclusive anymore?

I enjoyed the demo of Toukiden on the Vita, but never played the full game. Hoping it's a PS+ title soon.

I'll probably pick up the PS4 version of this though if I ever end up getting it.

As long as it comes out on Vita, I'm fine with it. If it controls like original GR, I want to play on Vita anyway.

As for Toukiden, I'm getting it this summer, or even earlier if I feel like it. I loved the demo for the original. Getting it for Vita cuz playing Japanese hunting games on home consoles feel.... wrong. Not to mention handhelds are best for grinding anyway. PS4 version would be basically just bigger resolution anyway.

Because Kiwami includes all the contents of the original game.

How similar is the game to monster hunter? I never played this game on vita but I'm burned out of monster hunter knock offs.

At this rate, the PS4 will have more filler shovelware than the Wii.

Another day, another playstation exclusive. "Bu Bu but Xbox one is the better gaming console with better games." LOL

I owned Toukiden for the vita (lolvita..) and it was a fun game. If you're a big Monster Hunter fan, such as I, then this is a no brainer purchase.

It is a decent vita game it seems, enjoy Playstation 4 gamers

Finally something more on the PS4 front, I will keep an eye on this.
